ReservaLive is new. We're starting with a small group of venues so we can make sure everything works before opening it up more widely. Here's how the program works and what to expect.
What you get
- Free during the trial. No ReservaLive fees while you're in the program.
- Hands-on setup and a direct line to us. We get your page, layout, and events ready, and we're there when you need help.
- Founding-venue pricing. If you continue after the trial, you get a preferential founding rate as a thank-you for joining early.
- A say in the product. Your feedback is prioritized and shapes what we build next.
What to expect
Being early has real upside, and it comes with a few honest trade-offs:
- This is early software. There may be occasional bugs or downtime as we test and improve.
- Keep a simple backup, like a door list, for any important event, just in case.
- Your data is yours. You can export your venue, event, and guest data anytime.
- Payments go straight to your account through our payment processor. We never hold your funds.
How to join
- Request an invite from the home page and tell us about your venue.
- We review requests and reach out if it's a good fit. A request doesn't guarantee a spot.
- If accepted, we'll walk you through a short program agreement before you go live.
