Golfers Discount Card Member Terms & Conditions

By using the www.reservatee.com and the Golfers Discount Card, you acknowledge reading, and agree to be bound by our Booking and Cancellation Policy herewith and any other terms referenced therein (including without limitation, those of the individual golf course), the same as if you had signed them.
You will not be charged a reservation fee for using our discounted tee-time reservation system, or when making a reservation by telephone, or at the course in person. Any fees you are required to pay will be outlined by the course in person or by email should you reserve the tee time online.
To use the Golfers Discount Card, you must purchase a card from your local Golf Club (Pro) or contact us via our website www.reservatee.com. Then, you can become a registered member of www.reservatee.com, the discounted tee time website.
To do this you will be required to give information including your e-mail address if you have one, and your postcode. This information is required to send email confirmations of your reservations and for fraud security purposes.
4.1. When you arrive at the course you will be asked for your member number and postcode to validate the reservation or purchase.
Your personal details will never be given out to 3rd party companies. Only the companies who have agreed to offer you exclusive golf related discounts through this programme will be allowed to contact you. They can only, and will always do this through Reserva Ltd. This ensures that you are not bombarded with irrelevant information and that your personal data stays with Reserva Ltd only, and is protected by the data protection act.
Online tee reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the actual tee time you require. They are subject to availability and restrictions imposed by the course for that particular day's play. For example, unforeseen weather circumstances may cause cancellations.
If you wish to make the booking direct with the course by telephone or in person, you must notify them on arrival of your intention to use your Golfers Discount Card. The participating course will notify you of the discounts available around the time you want to play. You must have your Golfers Discount Card with you to make the booking. Please note that not all tee times attract discounts!
The rates which are published on www.reservatee.com are given to us by the participating courses, for the use of our Discount Card Members only. The rates are based on current information and they are correct at the time they are uploaded onto the website.
As we operate www.reservatee.com in real-time, tee time rates may vary from visit to visit on the website. We reserve the right to change these rates on behalf of the participating courses at any time. Confirmed reservations remain at the same price as which you made the booking!
When booking online a maximum of 4 players only can play on 1 discounted tee time. Only 1 tee time per day can be reserved online by any 1 member. If you require more than 4 players you must contact the course directly and notify them of your intention.
If no prior booking has been made with the participating course, or you have not activated your membership online you will not be able to play. This is at the participating course discretion.
If for any reason you cannot make your reserved tee time and you wish to cancel or amend it, you must contact the participating course with immediate effect. If you "no show" more than 2 times the course reserves the right to charge you the full adult rate for further bookings or refuse play!
Very few participating courses require handicap certificates. If you do not have a handicap certificate, you must inform the person you are making the reservation with immediately. Allowing you to play the course is at the courses discretion. The course reserves the right to cancel your reservation if a valid handicap certificate isn't produced on request.
You and your playing partners must adhere to the dress codes and restrictions set by the course. The course reserves the right to refuse play to anybody who doesn't adhere to these rules.
You must not try to use the Golfers Discount Card in association with any coupons or incentives offered by other companies. Any member found to be breaching this rule will have their membership cancelled with immediate effect.
Reserva Ltd takes great care to ensure that all information is correct at the time of going to the website or print. Reserva Ltd and participating clubs cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
Reserva Ltd cannot be held responsible for any disputes between players and courses. All details should be double checked at the time of reservation. Any rules, regulations or restrictions set by the club must be adhered to and their decision is final.
By becoming a member you agree to take care of your Golfers Discount Card. Lost, stolen or defaced cards will be charged at the current retail price of £9.99 plus postage and packing.
18.1 If we have to post the Golfers Discount Card to you, you agree to pay £1.75 postage and packing.
The Golfers Discount Card is valid for 1 whole year from the date of registration. You cannot use your card at participating courses, or gain access to the discounts on the website unless you register the card online at www.reservatee.com. The card is deemed as invalid until registered online. You must do this immediately after you have purchased the card to avoid disappointment.
The Golfers Discount Card is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Approximately 1 month before the expiry date of your Golfers Discount Card, you will be notified of the renewal date and offered the opportunity to continue your membership.
You are responsible for your own safety whilst visiting courses. Any damage, loss or theft either caused by you or acted against you is the responsibility of you and the course in question.
